James is President of Plocamium Holdings, a long-term investor in healthcare, national security, and industrials. He leads strategy, diligence, and operational value creation across the portfolio.

James has worked at the intersection of healthcare, finance, and data—shaping strategy at a Nasdaq-listed biotech, and previously at Jefferies and Accrete.ai—where he combined investment banking, healthcare analytics, and applied data science.

He holds an MBA from Cornell, an M.S. in Biotechnology from the University of Essex, and a B.S. in Biochemistry from Denison University.
